Affordable Housing Preserved in Hempstead
Hudson Valley Property Group has acquired 100 Terrace Apartments in Hempstead, securing the long-term affordability of 420 rental units for local families. Backed by a renewed HUD Section 8 contract, residents will continue to pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent, with affordability protections in place for the next 22 years.
